Jarvis Servers
Jarvis sells servers built to our specifications by a national
manufacturer. We custom configure these machines to suit the size,
nature and budget of each dealership.
We typically install two hard drives with software RAID. We use secure
digital cards and/or USB flash drives for fast backup. We offer
flat panel displays of various sizes to suit the space and use of the
server.
We install the latest stable version of Linux on these servers. We test
the server in our lab for at least one week for stability and other issues
before delivering and installing the server at your dealership.

Jarvis Windows® Computers
Jarvis sells Windows® computers. What sets us apart from other computer vendors is what you
don't get.
You will never receive a machine that is loaded down with the
trial software that slows down your brand new
computer and causes operational difficulties.
Another advantage of Jarvis is that we avoid "cheapness." Our
computers are built with quality components by a national manufacturer
in ISO certified facilities. The manufacturer records the serial
number
of every component installed in your computer and guarantees each
component. Typically we guarantee our computers for three years.
Shorter or longer guarantees are available upon request.
We configure our computers to work on your network. This configuration
is either done in our office or is done remotely once the computer
has been delivered to you. When you purchase a computer from us, we make
sure that it runs correctly for you.
You can purchase MicroSoft® products for the computers that we
sell directly to you. These include, but are not limited to,
Word®,
Xcel®,
PowerPoint®, Outlook®, etc. Sorry, we cannot sell
MicroSoft® products for computers not purchased from us.
