Overview
System FI is easy to use. You fill in the blanks on the computer screen as you would fill
in the blanks on a form. Deal calculations are fast and accurate. Forms preparation is
easy. The paperwork can usually be accomplished in minutes.
Two Screen to a Sale
The typical retail sale requires only two screens of data to complete a sale. The first
screen calculates the deal. Purchase price, trade-in, payoff, down payment, insurance
options, APR amount are the items entered in this screen. Unlike hand-held calculators,
when only one item changes the whole deal is instantly recalculated. You can adjust the
deal easily to suit the needs of the customer.
Credit Checks
You can pull a credit bureau easily. Just fill in the customer's name,
social security number, and address. The system will contact the credit
bureau and pull the report in seconds.
Closing Tools
A complete set of closing tools is available. These tools are displayed side by side
with the deal. The customer can see how each element works with the deal.
Leases and Balloons
All domestic manufacturer lease programs and balloon payment programs are calculated
and forms are prepared. Included are GM Smart Lease, GM Smart Buy, Gold Key Lease,
Gold Key Plus, and Ford Red Carpet Lease.

A side by side comparison of purchase versus leasing is possible. You can vary the
contract rates and terms independently.

Payment intervals can be varied from 52 payments per year to annual payments.
Amortization charts and payment books can be printed. Days to first payment can be
adjusted to fall on pay day or any other day.
Sales Person Analysis
Reports showing production by sales person are available. Each sale is shown. This
could be a convenient way to calculate commissions.
Forms Preparation
System FI comes with a complete system for building forms. Each item to be printed on
the form is recorded using the number of inches from the top of the form and number of
inches from left edge. All equipment needed is a good ruler measuring in 10ths of
inches. The first 10 forms are set up by our staff and are included in the purchase
price. Additional forms are extra. We charge by the hour. Additional forms are usually
$50-$100 each. Most of our customers maintain their own forms. Some customers have
Jarvis Computer Software maintain forms or add new ones.
Training
Initial training is provided at your dealership. This training takes about one or two
days. The initial training is provided as part of the purchase price of System FI.
